Hi there
I’m a vinyasa flow yoga teacher based in Sweden. I am also a facilitator of international modern thinking and practical yoga teacher trainings offered each year in Portugal.
I love guiding people through creative flow sequences, but also through the process of finding their purpose and direction in life.
In this role I have educated vinyasa flow teachers under True North Vinyasa since 2018. I also co-own and run camps with Elevation Leadership.
My open vinyasa classes take place in my hometown Båstad, Sweden.
