Hello
I am a vinyasa flow yoga teacher and facilitator of modern thinking and practical yoga teacher trainings.
I have educated vinyasa flow teachers internationally under True North Vinyasa for 6 years and I’m now moving my trainings to Onwards Yoga. I also co-own and run Elevation Leadership.
My open vinyasa classes take place in my hometown Båstad, Sweden.
